On the occasion of Prof. Dr. Martin Schauer's 65th birthday, 49 authors from academia and practice came together under the editorship of Astrid Deixler-Hübner, Andreas Kletečka and Georg Schima to honour him with a commemorative publication. The contributions span the jubilarian's wide range of academic activities, civil law, in particular inheritance law and property succession, corporate law, international law and much more.
Dr. Bernhard Lorenz, LL.M. was invited to contribute a comprehensive paper entitled "Zur Rechtsstellung von Trustbegünstigten in richterlichen Aufsichtsverfahren - Eine Nachbetrachtung jüngster liechtensteinischer Rechtsprechung". In this paper, he not only analyses the relevant literature and case law, but also takes a critical stance himself.
